Anybody would feel proud on becoming the President of this august body that is our IMA Bareilly branch which has become an icon on the national map through the combined efforts of all of us, but I am looking at this post from a different angle, for me it brings with it a feeling of great responsibility which has been bestowed upon me by all of you. We always face 'Crisis of Blood'. In spite of the rapid and remarkable conquests of medical science today, there is no way blood can be synthesized. Humans remain the only potential source  and so the preciousness of human blood can be easily understood. Swasthya Kalyan blood bank is dedicated to provide "Excellence in Blood Services", i.e. by maintaining the highest levels of quality control and to ensure a safe and dependable blood supply for our community. We rely totally on voluntary donors and dispenses blood to those in need without asking for replacement donation. Voluntary blood donation is a selfless service and an expression of love for mankind. Blood knows no caste, creed, colour, race or religion.
