The Indian Medical Association (IMA), Bareilly successfully organized a Continuing Medical Education (CME) programme at the CH-3 Auditorium, IMA Building, Bareilly, bringing together a large number of medical professionals for an enriching scientific session focused on the latest advancements in hematology and healthy longevity. During his address, Dr. Bhargava highlighted the latest breakthroughs in the management of blood cancers and other hematological diseases, emphasizing the significant progress made in Bone Marrow Transplantation and the transformative role of CAR-T Cell Therapy in treating selected hematological malignancies. He also discussed the growing importance of preventive healthcare, healthy lifestyle practices, and the scientific principles of longevity, underscoring how modern medicine is enabling people to live longer, healthier lives. The keynote lecture was delivered by Dr. Rahul Bhargava, Principal Director, Bone Marrow Transplant, Fortis Memorial Hospital & Research Centre, Gurugram, one of India's leading experts in Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplantation. His presentation, titled "Recent Advances in the Management of Hematological Disorders, CAR-T Cell Therapy, and Longevity," provided valuable insights into emerging developments in the diagnosis and treatment of complex blood disorders. The programme was chaired by Dr. Atul Kumar Shrivastava, President, IMA Bareilly. The scientific session was moderated by Dr. Girish Agrawal, Scientific Chairman, while Dr. Anshu Agrawal, Honorary Secretary, IMA Bareilly, welcomed the distinguished guest and participants and outlined the objectives of the CME programme. The event was attended by several eminent physicians, including Dr. D. P. Gangwar, Dr. Keshav Kumar, Dr. Amit Agrawal, Dr. A. K. Gupta, Dr. Anil Rawat, Dr. Manu Bansal, and Dr. Somesh Mehrotra, along with numerous senior consultants and medical practitioners from the city.
