Report on CME in Association With API Bareilly on World Liver Day

The Indian Medical Association (IMA), Bareilly, in collaboration with the Association of Physicians of India (API), Bareilly, successfully organized a grand and informative Clinical Meeting on the occasion of World Liver Day on 19 April 2026 at 7:00 PM at CH-3 Hall, IMA Bhawan, Bareilly. The main objective of the program was to update doctors regarding the latest medical technologies, modern diagnostic approaches, and advanced treatment modalities for complex diseases, while also encouraging the exchange of clinical experiences to further improve the quality of healthcare services. A large number of senior and young doctors from the city enthusiastically participated in the event. 
During the meeting, expert speakers delivered detailed and insightful presentations on various important medical topics. Dr. Rajesh Agrawal discussed the changing perspective and modern management of Bronchial Asthma in the 21st century. Dr. Rajat Agrawal shared recent approaches in the diagnosis and management of Allergic Bronchopulmonary Aspergillosis. Dr. Mukesh Dubey presented an interesting and educational analysis of a complex case of “Crooked Smile,” which was highly appreciated by the participants. Dr. Praful Kumar Singh delivered an informative session on the increasing prevalence of Fatty Liver Disease, its causes, prevention, and management. 
The sessions witnessed meaningful academic discussions among doctors, and several important queries raised by participants were addressed by the experts. The program was graced by the presence of office bearers and senior members of both IMA and API, including Dr. Atul Kumar Shrivastava (President, IMA), Dr. Anshu Agrawal (Honorary Secretary, IMA), Dr. Girish Agrawal (Scientific Chairman), Dr. Anupam Sharma (President, API), Dr. Sachin Agrawal (Honorary Secretary, API), Dr. Ajay Bharti, Dr. Naseeruddin, Dr. Ruchi Shrivastava, Dr. Bhardwaj, Dr. Sudhir Gupta, along with many other doctors. All office bearers and participants expressed satisfaction over the successful conduct of the meeting and appreciated it as highly beneficial for the medical fraternity. The program concluded in a cordial atmosphere, and the organizers thanked all participants for their active involvement and contribution to the success of the event.
