Report on CME With Apollo Hospitals

The Indian Medical Association (IMA), Bareilly, in collaboration with Apollo Hospitals, Lucknow, successfully organized a grand and informative clinical meeting at the IMA Building, Bareilly. A large number of doctors from Bareilly and nearby areas participated enthusiastically in the event. The primary objective of the program was to enhance the knowledge and clinical skills of medical professionals by sharing modern medical practices, the latest research developments, and valuable clinical experiences. During the session, Dr. Mayank Somani (MD & CEO, Apollo Hospitals Lucknow) delivered an insightful presentation on “A Glimpse of Apollo’s Clinical Excellence.” Dr. Ajay Kumar (Director, Medical Services) spoke on the important topic “Sepsis: What Every Physician Needs to Know and Do,” emphasizing the significance of early diagnosis and timely management. Dr. Abhishek Yadav (Senior Director & HOD, Liver Transplant) presented an in-depth talk on “Liver Transplant: Current Status, Myths, and Controversies,” providing valuable updates and clarifying common misconceptions related to liver transplantation. The program also featured an interactive session where participating doctors engaged directly with the experts and had their queries addressed, making the meeting highly productive and informative. The event was conducted under the guidance of IMA Bareilly President Dr. Atul Kumar Shrivastava, Scientific Chairman Dr. Girish Agarwal, Honorary Secretary Dr. Anshu Agarwal, and Treasurer Dr. Shalini Maheshwari. On this occasion, Dr. D.P. Gangwar, Dr. Kapil Chakravarti, Dr. Kamendra Singh, and several other doctors were also present.
