Report on Holi Utsav
The Indian Medical Association (IMA), Bareilly Branch organized the “IMA Holi Mahotsav 2026” with great enthusiasm and grandeur. The event witnessed the warm and enthusiastic participation of esteemed IMA members along with their families, making the celebration vibrant, joyful, and memorable. The program was graced by Dr. Arun Kumar, Hon’ble Minister for Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of Uttar Pradesh, as the Chief Guest. The Guests of Honour included Dr. Raghvendra Sharma, Hon’ble MLA, Bithri Chainpur (Bareilly); Shri Ramit Sharma, Hon’ble ADG, Bareilly Zone; and Shri Dinesh Goel, National President, IIA. Their gracious presence added prestige to the event. During their address, the dignitaries appreciated the efforts of IMA Bareilly and highlighted the importance of social harmony, unity, and the vital role played by doctors in society. The celebration featured colorful cultural performances, music, and the traditional festive spirit of Holi, creating a lively and cheerful atmosphere. The beautifully decorated venue and vibrant ambience enhanced the festive mood of the gathering. The cultural evening concluded with a warm fellowship dinner, where members and guests enjoyed the occasion together, strengthening bonds of camaraderie and goodwill. The event was successfully organized under the leadership of Dr. Atul Kumar Shrivastava (President, IMA Bareilly), Dr. Anshu Agarwal (Honorary Secretary), Dr. Shalini Maheshwari (Treasurer), and Dr. Suvidha Mehar (Cultural Convener). Several distinguished doctors including Dr. Ravish Agarwal, Dr. Rajeev Goel, Dr. D.P. Gangwar, Dr. Vinod Pagrani, Dr. Vimal Bhardwaj, Dr. Kamendra Singh, Dr. Pawan Agarwal, Dr. Girish Agarwal, Dr. Ruchi Shrivastava, Dr. Archana Agarwal, Dr. Ritu Rajeev, Dr. Parul Priya, Dr. Mukta Pagrani and many other members were present on the occasion.
