Report on Republic Day

The Indian Medical Association (IMA), Bareilly Branch successfully organized the 77th Republic Day celebration on Monday, 26 January 2026, at the IMA Building, Civil Lines, Bareilly, in a dignified atmosphere imbued with patriotism. The ceremony commenced with the hoisting of the National Flag by Dr. Atul Kumar Shrivastava, President, IMA Bareilly. All present members paid their respects to the Tricolour and joined in the singing of the National Anthem, filling the venue with a strong sense of national pride and unity. Following the flag hoisting, Dr. Atul Kumar Shrivastava, in his presidential address, highlighted the significance of Republic Day and emphasized that the medical fraternity plays a vital role in nation-building and in serving society with dedication and integrity. `The vote of thanks was delivered by Dr. Anshu Agarwal, Honorary Secretary, IMA Bareilly. The programme was attended by Treasurer Dr. Shalini Maheshwari, along with Dr. Kamendra Singh, Dr. I.S. Tomar, Dr. Satyendra Singh, Dr. Rajeev Goel, Dr. Vinod Pagrani, Dr. Vimal Bhardwaj, Dr. D.P. Gangwar, Dr. Arshad Ali, Dr. Ruchi Shrivastava, Dr. Archana Agarwal, Dr. Mukta Pagrani, Dr. Shahida Ali, and many other senior and junior members of IMA Bareilly. The ceremony concluded in an atmosphere of discipline, dignity, and patriotism, with enthusiastic and commendable participation from IMA members, and was followed by breakfast for all attendees.
