Report on Sweater Distribution at Adarsh Vidya Mandir Village Bhartana Anola, Bareilly

Under the Community Service – Aao Gaon Chalein initiative, the Indian Medical Association (IMA) Bareilly organized a welfare program at Adarsh Vidya Mandir, Bhartana, located near Bareilly in the Aonla region. As part of this humanitarian effort, 208 students from Classes 1 to 8 were provided with sweaters to protect them from the winter cold. This thoughtful gesture was highly appreciated by parents and the local villagers. IMA Bareilly has remained consistently committed to community welfare and continues to play a leading role in public health service activities. Along with the sweater distribution, a comprehensive health check-up, including blood pressure monitoring and blood sugar testing, was conducted for all parents present at the venue. This enabled families in the village to benefit from timely health screening and awareness. Continuing these efforts, IMA Bareilly will regularly organize health camps and awareness programs in the same village under the “Aao Gaon Chalein & Diabetes Awareness Program” in the future as well. The association reaffirms its dedication to serving society and promoting community health through sustained initiatives. The program was successfully conducted with the special contribution of Dr. Atul Kumar Shrivastava (President), Dr. Parmeendra Maheshwari (Chairman, Community Service), and Dr. Anshu Agrawal (Secretary).
