Report on Tiranga Yatra

The Tiranga Yatra organized in Bareilly was warmly welcomed by the Indian Medical Association (IMA), Bareilly, at Chowki Chauraha. IMA office bearers, doctors and members participated in the welcome with a strong sense of patriotism and national pride. On the occasion, Dr. Atul Shrivastava, President, IMA Bareilly, and Dr. Pramendra Maheshwari, along with several doctors and members of IMA Bareilly, welcomed the Tiranga Yatra. During the welcome ceremony, Mr. Sanjeev Agarwal, MLA, Cantt, and Dr. Umesh Gautam, Mayor of Bareilly, were also felicitated with garlands. Following the welcome at Chowki Chauraha, IMA Bareilly office bearers and members joined the Tiranga Yatra and proceeded with the procession up to the Commissioner’s Office. Addressing the gathering, Dr. Atul Shrivastava, President, IMA Bareilly, said that the national flag is a symbol of the country’s unity, integrity, pride and patriotism. He stated that events such as the Tiranga Yatra strengthen the spirit of patriotism and dedication towards the nation among citizens. He further said that IMA Bareilly would continue to actively participate in activities serving the national interest and society. Dr. Pramendra Maheshwari also participated in the Tiranga Yatra and said that the national flag reminds everyone of the values of unity, brotherhood and responsibility towards the nation. During the Tiranga Yatra, the atmosphere was filled with patriotic enthusiasm as participants raised slogans of “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” and “Vande Mataram.” IMA Bareilly expressed its sincere gratitude to all the organizers and participants for their contribution towards the successful conduct of the Tiranga Yatra.
